  1. Return Policy
    We offer a 7-day return period starting from the date you receive your items. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Returns that do not meet these criteria, such as used or damaged items, will not be accepted.
    Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective item.

  2. Exchange Policy
    Customers can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Please ensure that the item remains in its original packaging and has not been used. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or proceed with a return if preferred.

  3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
    Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and quality assurance standards. Customized or Print-on-Demand (POD) orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These items are produced specifically according to the customer’s requirements and are considered a custom service.
